Police blotter: Jan. 14, 2014

POLICE REPORTS

Friday

3:34 p.m. — Theft. 900 block of Bates Street. Complainant reported son was in possession of a moped that was supposed to be returned. Logansport Police Department.

Saturday

2:35 a.m. — Arrest. Two juveniles were arrested and released to their parents for theft from motor vehicles, possession of a firearm and minor consumption. LPD.

9:39 a.m. — Crash. Second and East Broadway. Vehicles driven by Autumn Petrie, 25, and Prudence Martin, 83, both of Logansport, collided. LPD.

3:02 p.m. — Arrest. David Escobar-Hernandez, 35, Rochester, was arrested on charges of operator never licensed, C misdemeanor, and operating while intoxicated, A misdemeanor. LPD.

3:21 p.m. — Criminal mischief. 100 block of Third Street. Complainant reported that tires had been sliced on a vehicle. LPD.

4:13 p.m. — Arrest. Justin Davis, 20, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of theft. LPD.

5:08 p.m. — Theft. 300 block of 24th Street. Complainant reported the theft of a firearm from vehicle. LPD.

Sunday

12:47 a.m. — Arrest. Dayan Rodriguez, 31, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operator never licensed, A misdemeanor. LPD.

2:09 a.m. — Arrest. Jose Julio Soto Perez, 30, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operator never licensed. LPD.

2:47 a.m. — Arrest. Jeffery David Conn, 43, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of theft. LPD.

5:09 a.m. — Arrest. Beverly Ann Harris, 31, Kokomo, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, operating while intoxicated 1.1% and operating while intoxicated endangering. LPD.

5:10 p.m. — Arrest. Paul Michael Short, 26, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of battery. LPD.

7:27 a.m. — Arrest. Monn Arthur Sanders, 22, Peru, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana, A misdemeanor. LPD.

7:28 a.m. — Arrest. Hector Mateo Lopez, 46, Logansport, was arrested on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. LPD.

7:33 a.m. — Arrest. Darrell Price II, 35, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana, A misdemeanor. LPD.

7:38 a.m. — Arrest. Jason Patrick Burress, 36, Logansport, was arrested on an out of county warrant. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.
