4:55 a.m. — Arrest. Yvette Carla Soto, 27, Delphi, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated – endangering, and operating while intoxicated. LPD.

5:23 a.m. — Arrest. Nicholas Jordan Whaley, 32, Logansport, was arrested on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. LPD.

3:40 a.m. — Arrest. Kham Lian Khai, 43, Fort Wayne, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication, B misdemeanor. LPD.

2:54 p.m. — Arrest. Rito Caudillo Guiterrez, 37, Peru, was arrested on a charge of operator never licensed. LPD.

8:55 p.m. — Arrest. Billy Neeley, 49, Monticello, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, D felony, and possession of marijuana, D felony. LPD.
