Police blotter, Thursday, May 30, 2013

Tuesday

7:12 a.m. — Burglary. Broadway Tobacco, 430 E. Broadway. Police responded to a report of an unknown amount of cash and cigarettes missing. Logansport Police Department.

8:02 a.m. — Criminal mischief. 1200 block of East Market Street. A man reported an unknown person threw a rock through the back window. LPD.

10:31 a.m. — Arrest. Mandy Sue Heishman-Green, 20, Martinsville, was arrested on court order. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

11:46 a.m. — Crash. 11th and High streets. A vehicle driven by Bradley Craven, 42, Logansport, was in a collision with a vehicle driven by Donna Geisler, 66, Logansport. There were no injuries. LPD.

1:22 p.m. — Arrest. Mateo Miguel Gonzalez Jr., 19, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. CCSD.

1:39 p.m. — Crash. Charbettes, 1911 Michigan Ave. A vehicle driven by Stephanie Reef, 48, Logansport, backed into a cement post. There were no injuries. LPD.

3:13 p.m. — Crash. 14th Street and East Broadway. A vehicle driven by Betsy Winegardner, 55, Logansport, was in a collision with a vehicle driven by Agustin Zarate, 72, Logansport. Zarate had minor bleeding to the elbow and lower arm. LPD.

4:55 p.m. — Theft. 200 block of Montgomery Court. A woman reported a red plastic container with gas was removed from her porch. LPD.

5:32 p.m. — Theft. 700 block of Washington Street. A man reported the theft of a cell phone. LPD.

Wednesday

1 a.m. — Crash. 1100 South near 600 East. A vehicle driven by Joshua E. Moore, 26, Kokomo, ran off the road. There were no injuries. CCSD.

1:19 a.m. — Arrest. Isaiah Joseph Garcia, 31, Logansport, was arrested on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. LPD.

3:24 a.m. — Arrest. Joshua Eugene Moore, 26, Kokomo, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. CCSD.

4:10 a.m. — Criminal mischief. 600 block of West Miami Avenue. A man reported a rock thrown through his bedroom window. LPD.

4:52 a.m. — Crash. Hartz Mountain, 101 E. Industrial Blvd. A vehicle driven by Juan Ortega, 46, Logansport, struck a parked car. There were no injuries. LPD.

6:45 a.m. — Criminal mischief. 800 block of Spear Street. A man reported someone keyed two cars. LPD.
