Monday

8:42 a.m. — Arrest. Brent Russell, 26, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of probation violation. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

3:17 p.m. — Fraud. Someone reportedly cashed a child support check without authorization. Logansport Police Department.

5:45 p.m. — Arrest. Matthew Pauly, 36, Galveston, was arrested on a Howard County warrant. CCSD.

Tuesday

8:24 a.m. — Property damage. A sign fell out of a Cass County highway truck in the 8100 block of north Ind. 25 and broke a vehicle window. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

9:35 a.m. — Fraud. Someone reportedly received a counterfeit $1 bill from a local retailer. Logansport Police Department.

11 a.m. — Property-damage accident, Broadway and West Roselawn Drive. Vehicles driven by Rhonda L. Montgomery, 41, Logansport, and Helen M. Baker, 78, Logansport, collided. LPD.

11:38 a.m. — Arrest. Hector Lopez, 42, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. LPD.

12:29 p.m. — Theft. Someone reportedly stole corn from a property in the 1700 block of Magee Street. CCSD.

2:14 p.m. — Arrest. Joshua Allen Griffith, 23, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of violation of in-home detention. CCSD.

6:38 p.m. — Arrest. Rigoberto Martinez, 19, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana. CCSD.

7 p.m. — Property-damage accident, Broadway and Third Street. Vehicles driven by Jose R. Rodriguez, 31, Logansport, and Ann M. Slusser, 23, Indianapolis, collided. Rodriguez was arrested on a charge of operator never licensed. LPD.

11:07 p.m. — Arrest. David Allen Garrison, 36, Kewanna, was arrested on a charge of probation violation. CCSD.

Wednesday

3:18 a.m. — Arrest. Jamie Leon Voglund, 19, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. CCSD.

4:07 a.m. — Arrest. Scott Aaron Shackelford, 26, Frankfort, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. CCSD.
