12:23 p.m. — Property-damage accident, Cicott Street and Melbourne Avenue. Vehicles driven by Brian W. Welcher, 19, Logansport, and Thomas E. Doughman, 43, South Bend, collided after Welcher made a turn and reportedly did not see Doughman’s vehicle. Logansport Police Department.

Saturday

2:39 a.m. — Arrest. Delmar Shanoreal Cannon, 34, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

4:47 a.m. — Arrest. Raymundo Acosta, 31, Logansport, was arrested on charges of resisting and public intoxication. LPD.

5:05 a.m. — Arrest. Damon Andrew Wallace, 24, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended. CCSD.
