Thursday

8:59 a.m. — Arrest. Jeremy Michael Elmore, 32, Monticello, was arrested on a warrant. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

9:54 a.m. — Burglary. Someone reportedly broke into a residence in the 1300 block of High Street and stole savings bonds and cash. Logansport Police Department.

10:06 a.m. — Property damage. Someone reportedly drove over a mailbox and Verizon box in the 3900 block of east 525N. CCSD.

3:32 p.m. — Fraud. A Logansport man who has no checking account reported that he received claims in the mail stating that he owed money for checks written to Wal-Mart. LPD.

3:48 p.m. — Arrest. Ashlie Rene Jackson, 21, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana. LPD.

4:01 p.m. — Arrest. Kevin Edward Williamson, 32, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear. CCSD.

Friday

1 a.m. — Property-damage accident, the alley behind 1819 E. Broadway. A vehicle driven by Roger Allen Bates, 27, Logansport, drove into a garage and damaged two walls. While backing out, Bates hit a fence and a van. He reportedly drove off. Police later located the vehicle in the 300 block of 18th Street. Bates was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated-refusal, leaving the scene of an accident, resisting law enforcement and public intoxication. LPD.

2:58 a.m. — Arrest. Robert Aaron Siegfred, 31, Wolcott, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. Indiana State Police.
