Sunday
8:20 p.m. — Property-damage accident on 600W near Logansport. A vehicle driven by Heather M. Riley, 26, Logansport, swerved to miss a deer and struck a tree. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.
Monday
7:44 a.m. — Criminal mischief. Someone reportedly threw bricks and rocks through a window of a vehicle parked at 10th Street and Woodlawn Avenue. Logansport Police Department.
10:40 a.m. — Theft. Someone reportedly stole a 4-wheeler from a building in the 8300 block of east 50N. CCSD.
11:04 a.m. — Property-damage accident, Sixth and High streets. Vehicles driven by Jack A. Rice, 74, Logansport, and James D. Titus, 49, Logansport, collided. Titus’ vehicle is owned by the city of Logansport. It reportedly sustained no damage. LPD.
11:57 a.m. — Arrest. Ray Melvin Jackson, 52, Kokomo, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. CCSD.
12:41 p.m. — Criminal mischief. Someone reportedly wrote a “hit list” of nine names on a picnic table at Riverside Park. LPD.
1:41 p.m. — Property-damage accident, Central Avenue near High Street. A vehicle driven by Janmarie Wooten, 55, Logansport, backed into a parked vehicle. LPD.
2:16 p.m. — Arrest. Noel Diaz Maldonado, 40, Logansport, was arrested on a misdemeanor probable cause warrant. CCSD.
3:48 p.m. — Fraud. Someone reportedly made six transactions totaling $234 from a bank account without authorization. LPD.
5:39 p.m. — Someone reportedly broke into a residence in the 4200 block of west Ind. 16 and ransacked several items. CCSD.
10:27 p.m. — Property-damage accident, Third Street and Cliff Drive. A vehicle driven by Luis Alberto Alejandro, 18, Indianapolis, struck a curb, which flattened a tire. Police arrested Alejandro on charges of operating while intoxicated, minor consumption and false informing. The passenger in the vehicle, 18-year-old Loren Ashley Davis of Indianapolis, was arrested on a charge of minor consumption. LPD.
Tuesday
1:23 a.m. — Arrest. Martin Rafael Hernandez, 24, Logansport, was arrested on charges of false informing and operator never licensed. CCSD.

8:39 p.m. — Fire alarm activated, 3939 E. Market St. Nothing found. Reset system.
