12:53 a.m. — Arrest. Bradley Richard Thornton, 47, Lafayette, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

9:15 a.m. — Property damage. A vehicle was reportedly damaged while parked in the 3400 block of East Market Street. Logansport Police Department.

3:11 p.m. — Property-damage accident, U.S. 24 and 850W. A vehicle driven by Elmer A. Crist, Jr., 40, Royal Center, struck a deer. CCSD.

3:18 a.m. — Arrest. Luis Antonio Martinez, 28, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. CCSD.

9:27 a.m. — Criminal gang activity. Gang symbols were reportedly drawn on the men’s restroom at McClure’s Gas Station, at Burlington Avenue and Main Street. LPD.

12:22 a.m. — Arrest. John Richard Young, Jr., 52, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. CCSD.

1:29 p.m. — Theft. A drive-off was reported at McClure’s Gas Station, 1607 N. Third St., for $55.07. LPD.

10:26 p.m. — Arrest. Patrick David Kelley, 34, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. LPD.

Monday

1:29 a.m. — Arrest. Nelda Luna, 37, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct. LPD.

8 a.m. — Property-damage accident, Broadway and Wilkinson Street. A vehicle driven by Carolyn S. Murray, 57, Logansport, hit a parked vehicle while backing from a driveway. LPD.

9:08 a.m. — Property-damage accident, Market and 16th streets. A vehicle driven by Brian J. Legrand, 33, Logansport, reportedly collided with a vehicle driven by Jose R. Baro Cardenas, 25, Logansport. Cardenas was issued a citation for no financial responsibility. LPD.

1:42 p.m. — Arrest. Lana Lee Richards, 36, Lafayette, was arrested on a warrant. CCSD.

1:49 p.m. — Theft. Someone reportedly stole a stereo system and an undetermined number of CDs from a garage in the 700 block of Spencer Street. LPD.

1:53 p.m. — Found property. A camera bag and license were found at Boondockers. The owner was contacted. LPD.

2:09 p.m. — Arrest. Richard Edwin Allen, 47, Port Angeles, Wash., was arrested on a charge of failure to appear. CCSD.

2:46 p.m. — Theft. Someone reportedly stole $150 from a residence in the 1500 block of High Street. LPD.

6:14 p.m. — Theft. A Westpoint resident reported unauthorized transactions on a debit card at four Logansport gas stations. LPD.

10:38 p.m. — Arrest. Mark J. Swisher, 47, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. Indiana State Police.
