Monday

8:56 p.m. — Arrest. James Robert Welts, 27, Logansport, was arrested on charges of failure to appear, burglary and resisting law enforcement. Logansport Police Department.

9:09 p.m. — Arrest. Derek Austin Schnepp, 26, Logansport, was arrested on charges of burglary and public intoxication. LPD.

11:39 p.m. — Arrest. Aaron Michael Jones, 33, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. LPD.

Tuesday

12:11 a.m. — Arrest. Lester Leroy Bagwell Jr., 32, Kokomo, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. LPD.

7:44 a.m. — Property-damage accident. Ricki Ulery, 49, Logansport, reportedly collided with another car while backing up his truck in a parking space near the intersection of 14th and E. Broadway Streets. LPD.

11:26 a.m. — Theft. Someone reportedly left the McClure Oil Station, 300 Burlington Ave., without paying for $10 in fuel. LPD.

11:42 a.m. — Suspicious vehicle. A white car was reported in a corn field on the 5400 block of N 450W. Car was removed. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

12:32 p.m. — Arrest. Tony Lee Lackey, 27, Hammond, was arrested on a court order. CCSD.

3:33 p.m. — Arrest. Jeffrey Lee Antrim, 53, Francesville, was arrested on a court order. CCSD.

4:02 p.m. — Criminal mischief. Someone reportedly damaged the back window to a van parked at a residence on the 1900 block of East Market Street. LPD.

4:04 p.m. — Animal complaint. Someone reported several ponies loose in the 10600 block of W 250N. CCSD.

4:19 p.m. — Driving while intoxicated. Drunken driver reported near U.S. 24 and 600E. Complaintant observed the driver weaving on the road, and throwing beer cans out the window. CCSD.

8:59 p.m. — Theft. Someone reportedly left Clark Oil, 400 W. Market St., without paying for $54.81 in fuel. LPD.

11:06 p.m. — Arrest. Gumercindo Miranda Miranda, 26, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of driving without a license. CCSD.
