Thursday

7:31 a.m. — Property damage. Someone reportedly damaged about 20 feet of fence in the 7100 block of U.S. 24 West. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

9:29 a.m. — Arrest. Herbert Long Johnson, 53, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery. Logansport Police Department.

11:49 a.m. — Arrest. Thomas Matthew Dechon, 57, was arrested on a parole warrant. CCSD.

12:37 p.m. — Arrest. Phillip M. Tolley, 19, Peru, was arrested on a charge of burglary. CCSD.

12:48 p.m. — Arrest. Donald E. Rutledge, 38, Indianapolis, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear. CCSD.

2:52 p.m. — Arrest. Kenneth David Zawadzki, 57, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of reckless driving. LPD.

4 p.m. — Arrest. Tina Marie Haviland, 47, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. CCSD.

4:30 p.m. — Arrest. Michael Alan Mabrey, 58, Walton, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass. CCSD.

4:30 p.m. — Arrest. William Thomas Roark, 47, Peru, was arrested on charges of possession of a schedule II drug, possession of a schedule IV drug and criminal trespass. CCSD.

4:45 p.m. — Arrest. Christopher Jacob Wright, 22, Peru, was arrested on a charge of check deception. LPD.

4:53 p.m. — Criminal mischief. Someone reportedly damaged mailboxes in the 9100 block of east 500S, Walton. CCSD.

5:23 p.m. — Arrest. James Huffman, 35, Peru, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass. CCSD.

5:52 p.m. — Arrest. Fredrick Smith, 46, Peru, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass. CCSD.

5:56 p.m. — Arrest. William Lee Boehme, 63, Logansport, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. LPD.

3:08 a.m. — Arrest. Remus Allen Shindledecker, 32, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant. LPD.

4:17 a.m. — Arrest. Jose Cabrera Alfredo, 28, Logansport, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated, operator never licensed, false informing and failure to appear. CCSD.
