From Staff Reports

DELPHI — Three people were arrested Wednesday when police served a search warrant on a Delphi residence.

The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office and the Delphi Police Department served the warrant at the home of Wendy M. Seibert, 409 N. Washington St. During the search, police found marijuana and paraphernalia, according to a news release.

During the investigation, police learned that Seibert was on the way to Delphi from Hammond. A traffic stop was conducted on Seibert’s vehicle once it returned to Carroll County, and police found more than a pound of marijuana.
