— Friday
6:10 p.m. — Arrest. David Eric Bostwick, 40, Lebanon, was arrested on a charge of invasion of privacy. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.
6:35 p.m. — Arrest. Enrique Rodriguez, 24, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. CCSD.
10:45 p.m. — Personal-injury accident, 24th and Market Streets. A vehicle driven by Quaid Russell Mersch, 21, Monterey, struck a vehicle driven by Tim J. Rose, 54, Logansport, head-on after Mersch reportedly drove the wrong way on a one-way street. Rose, along with two passengers in Mersch’s vehicle, Crystal D. Campbell, 16, Star City, and Kristina R. Cutrel, 16, Winamac, were injured. Mersch was arrested on charges of public intoxication, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior conviction. Saturday
12:04 a.m. — Property damage. An intoxicated male reportedly broke a toilet tank and put a hole in the wall in the bathroom of Rehab, 1201 Erie Ave. LPD.
12:52 p.m. — Property-damage accident, 1201 E. Market St. A vehicle driven by Juston Lee Foster, 21, Logansport, reportedly struck an LMU pole and two vehicles parked at Offutt Motor Sales. Witnesses said the pickup truck fled the scene toward 13th Street. Logansport Police Department officers located the vehicle, owned by Foster, with front-end damage and a rear flat tire. Foster was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, public intoxication and leaving the scene. LPD.
1:15 a.m. — Arrest. Kevin Lee Murray, 41, Lucerne, was arrested on charges of habitual traffic offender and operating while intoxicated. CCSD.
2:34 a.m. — Arrest. William Dennis Turner, 56, Logansport was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated, resisting and battery on an officer. CCSD.
3:11 a.m. — Arrest. Randall W. Lytle, 46, Lucerne, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. CCSD.
5:53 a.m. — Arrest. Molly Kay Putnam, 27, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated. CCSD.
1:32 p.m. — Arrest. Billy Joe Rood, 41, Logansport, was arrested on an out-of-state warrant. LPD.

6:09 p.m. — First responder call, 300S west of U.S. 295. Assist EMS.
10:48 p.m. — Personal-injury accident, 24th and Market Streets. Two-vehicle accident, three injured. Put down absorb-all.
11:12 p.m. — Tree limb on power line causing power outage, 300 block of East Roselawn. LMU on scene.
Saturday
1:21 a.m. — First responder call, 1229 George St. Assist EMS.
2:33 p.m. — Service call, 2423 Park Place.
5:23 p.m. — Structure fire, 625 High St. North side upper bedroom, fire out window. Bedroom totally engulfed upon arrival. Water and smoke damage. Firefighters pulled ceiling and walls. Checked for extension, nothing found. Contained fire to mattress on floor and walls. Cause undetermined, under investigation.
