Friday

4:05 p.m. — Arrest. Ricky L. Emery, 40, Logansport, was arrested on charges of trespassing and possession of marijuana. Logansport Police Department.

Saturday

3:40 p.m. — Property-damage accident, Market Street and West Roselawn Avenue. A vehicle driven by Daniel J. Dillon, 46, Lafayette, struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Jason R. Miller, 34, Logansport. LPD.

9:40 p.m. — Arrest. James Roberts, 40, Winamac, was arrested on a warrant for non-support of a dependent. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

10:38 p.m. — Arrest. Edgar Hernandez, 36, Logansport, was arrested on charges of domestic battery and interfering with emergency communication. LPD.

10:43 p.m. — Theft. Someone reportedly stole prescription medication from a residence in the 1100 block of East Broadway. LPD.

11:48 p.m. — Arrest. William Jason Siler, 31, Miami, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear. CCSD.

Sunday

12:31 a.m. — Personal-injury accident, Ninth and High streets. A vehicle driven by Carolyn J. Brookbank, 64, Logansport, struck a vehicle driven by Forrest W. Small, 44, Logansport. Brookbank complained of arm pain. Small was cited for operating while suspended. LPD.

1:27 a.m. — Arrest. Jason Allen Miller, 27, Logansport, was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated, driving while suspended, a reissued warrant and an out-of-county warrant. CCSD.

2:39 a.m. — Theft. Someone reportedly stole $300, two jackets and a CD stereo faceplate from a vehicle parked in the 200 block of South Sixth Street. LPD.

3:25 a.m. — Arrest. Alyssa Layman, 19, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of minor consumption. LPD.

3:56 a.m. — Arrest. Amber Nicole Abney, 24, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant. LPD.

10:52 p.m. — System malfunction, 1701 Smith St.

10:35 p.m. — Activated fire alarm, 131 Godfrey St. Malfunction.
