Tuesday

11:42 a.m. — Arrest. Brandon Michael Lowe, 25, South Bend, was arrested on a charge of battery. Cass County Sheriff’s Department.

11:44 a.m. — Arrest. Charles Robert Dockerty, 20, Kokomo, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana. CCSD.

12:27 p.m. — Arrest. Samuel Garcia, 24, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear. CCSD.

12:46 p.m. — Property-damage accident, Market and 12th streets. A vehicle driven by Crystal D. Rohrabaugh slid on ice and struck a curb, which broke off a tire. Logansport Police Department.

1:56 p.m. — Property-damage accident, Third Street and Melbourne Avenue. Vehicles driven by Cassandra Townshend, 22, Logansport, and Dale Hunt, 58, Kokomo, collided. LPD.

2:10 p.m. — Property-damage accident, Melbourne Avenue and Fifth Street. A vehicle driven by Alicia N. Tucker, 18, Logansport, slid on ice and struck a light pole and electrical meter. LPD.

2:22 p.m. — Personal-injury accident, Wheatland Avenue and Barron Street. A vehicle driven by Tony Morales, 27, Logansport, slid on ice and struck a tree head on. Morales had minor facial bleeding. He was cited for operator never licensed. LPD.

2:47 p.m. — Arrest. Daniel Porter, 23, Logansport, was arrested on charges of battery with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest and criminal recklessness. LPD.

3:20 p.m. — Property-damage accident, Property-damage accident, I Berry Lane. Vehicles driven by Jonathan M. Spencer, 18, Logansport, and Cameron L. Austin, 17, Logansport, collided due to sliding on ice. LPD.

5:09 p.m. — Personal-injury accident, Logansport Road and 100E. A vehicle driven by Benjamin J. Hawn, 25, Logansport, slid on ice and rolled several times. Passenger 8-year-old William Baugh of Peru sustained a laceration to the hand. Hawn was cited for child restraint violation. CCSD.

6:08 p.m. — Arrest. Ashlie Rene Jackson, 22, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of theft. LPD.

6:16 p.m. — Arrest. Amber Nichole Bradley, 25, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of assisting a criminal. LPD.

8:20 p.m. — Property-damage accident, High Street near Mall Road. A vehicle driven by Sherry M. Pasquale, 67, Logansport, slid on ice and struck a concrete slab and a telephone box. LPD.

8:39 p.m. — Arrest. Jessica Elyce Armstrong, 21, Logansport, was arrested on charges of battery and criminal mischief. LPD.

9:30 p.m. — Property-damage accident, 3600 block of High Street. A vehicle driven by Ronald Bunger, 46, Logansport, slid on ice and struck a utility pole. LPD.

11:13 p.m. — Arrest. Mark Allen Franklin, 54, Logansport, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant. CCSD.
