HELPING OUT: Emergency personnel work to remove 84-year-old Betty J. Burks of Logansport from a vehicle involved in a traffic accident on icy streets Friday morning. She was a passenger in a vehicle driven by 86-year-old Charles D. Burks when it was hit from behind in the 400 block of East Broadway by a vehicle driven by 45-year-old Lori A. Musall of Logansport. Betty complained of neck pain, and Charles complained of pain to the knee, lower leg and foot. Musall complained of neck pain.
