Heather Welch, manager of B&K West, was busy in the kitchen Wednesday preparing some 40 pounds of Spanish sauce for the restaurant’s famous Spanish Dogs. The eatery opened at 11 a.m. today and will close at 9 p.m. A native of Logansport, Heather is a 1996 graduate of Pioneer High School.
