MHA offers helpwhen it’s needed
My name is Brenda Williams. I have relied on the Mental Health Association since 1979. Mary Lou Kesling was the Director, than I had no shoes, Mary Lou bought me a pair. I don’t know what I would have done over the years and now if the Mental Health didn’t exist. I see the Mental Health spend countless hours after work doing things for people. I know how hard it is to love people with mental illness, because I have a mental illness. Them Mental Health Assoc. loves us no matter what, if we need something, they will help us. I want to know who decided they aren’t worth anything in Logansport. I have the right to talk to them. Those people must think they are better than us that we don’t deserve a change.
Kiwanis Christmas touched 150 children

A special thank you goes out to our community for making this event a hugh sucess.

Food drive organizers thank sponsors
Little Children’s Ministry and First United Methodist Church would like to thank everyone in our community for donations for our annual November food drive called Fill-A-Sack and Bring-It-Back. Our donations went to the Lord’s Cupboard at the Salvation Army and the Emmaus Homeless Shelter.
We would also like to thank Main Street Market on Third Street for providing our grocery sacks for children to take home and fill up. Thank you to both East and West locations for McDonald’s and Happy Burger, and Kuns Bakery for allowing us to put collection containers for loose change at their businesses.
Thank you to our church family and the children (parents) at Little Children’s Ministry that help make this mission project a great success.
