Donna Mae Cotner, 84, Logansport, peacefully passed away at 12:41 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013, in Miller’s Merry Manor, surrounded by her immediate family and her Miller’s Merry Manor family as well.

Born June 30, 1929, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Jack and Magdelene Bruck Rehm.

On April 7, 1951, she was marred to John T. “Jack” Cotner, who preceded her in death on Oct. 18, 2011.

A 1947 graduate of Logansport High School, Donna was a member of Sigma Phi Gamma sorority. She had been employed for 11 years in the cafeteria at Lincoln Middle School.

She was also a member of All Saints Catholic Church, where she was a member of the church choir for 30 years.

She was often seen around town on her bicycle, where she logged over 1,300 miles.

Surviving are a daughter, Marsha (Jim) Dunn; sons, John David Cotner, and Michael Joseph (Jane) Cotner, all of Logansport; five grandchildren, Jeff Dunn, Michelle (Greg) Crozier, Rachael Cotner, Aaron Cotner and Adam Cotner; and three great-grandchildren, Logan Puski, Casey Crozier and Chloe Crozier.

One sister preceded her in death.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at All Saints Catholic Church, with Fr. Dominic Petan officiating. Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery at a later date.

Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall Chapel at All Saints Catholic Church prior to the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to the choir fund at All Saints Catholic Church.
