---- — ROYAL CENTER — Patricia “Pat” Coleman, 86, Royal Center, passed away Monday, Oct. 14, 2013, at St. Elizabeth Central Hospital, Lafayette.

Born Oct. 10, 1927, in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Vera (Boze) Carew. On Jan. 21, 1950, at St. Bridget’s Parsonage in Logansport, she married Thomas “Tom” G. Coleman who preceded in death on March 31, 2011.

Pat was the former owner and operator of Frames Unique in Logansport. She was a graduate of Logansport High School and loved to travel. Pat also enjoyed socializing and spending time with her family, especially the great-grandchildren.

Surviving are two daughters, Andree “Andy” Homburg, Royal Center, and Colleen “Chooch” Graf, Logansport; three granddaughters, Hillery (Todd) Taylor and Jessica Day, both of Logansport; and Ashley Homburg, Royal Center; one grandson, Joshua Thomas (Crystal) Homburg, Royal Center; and 11 great-grandchildren — Jacob, Loran, Graham and Collin Taylor; Ashlynn and Caleb Day; Bailey, Ethan, Addison and Micah Homburg; and Olivia Fisher.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Harlan Carew, and one sister, Mary Frances.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor David Noel officiating. Burial will be in Royal Center Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, also in the funeral home.
