Merrill D. Hughes

Merrill D. Hughes, 83, rural Monticello, died unexpectedly at 1:50 p.m. Friday, April 26, 2013 at St. Elizabeth East Hospital-Lafayette.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Abbott Funeral Home-Delphi. A memorial service will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to the donor’s charity of choice. Online condolences can be made at abbottfuneralhome@frontier.com.
