CAMDEN — Garland Thomas (Tom) McDonald, 32, rural Camden, died unexpectedly at 5:50 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013.

He was born Feb. 18, 1981, in Fort Walton Beach, Fla. He was the son of the Late Steven James and Wrena (Staniford) McDonald. He attended Carroll consolidated schools and received his GED in 1999. He had been employed by the Delphi Street Department and most recently with The Andersons of Delphi.

Tom enjoyed playing guitar, drawing and being outdoors. Tom was always happy and had a smile for everyone. Tom loved his family and they loved him. He will be missed by family and friends.

Tom is survived by his mother; two sons, Thomas Owyn McDonald of Flora and Garland Hayvan McDonald; two brothers, Jimmy (Judy) McDonald of rural Logansport and Chad Dustin McDonald of Deer Creek; three sisters, Angel Platt of Flora, Jaclynn McDonald of Redding, Calif., and Kindra Craig of Akron.

Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Tuesday at Cree Funeral Home, with Pastor Nord Zootman officiating.

Friends may call from 3 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.

Memorial envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
