Reba J. Silvers


CAMDEN, Ohio —  Reba J. Silvers, 66, Camden, Ohio, died Thursday, March 14, 2013, at Christ Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Born April 27, 1946, in Hamilton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Thomas J. and Ethel Lee (Johnson) Gray. She was a 1964 graduate of Camden High School and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary of Camden. She was a dog sitter for families in the Camden and Oxford areas for many years.

She is preceded in death by her husband, James E. Silvers in 1993; brothers, Edward D. Gray in 1997 and Carl L. Gray in 1991.

She is survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob and Beverly Gray of Logansport, Thomas J. and Mary Lou Gray, Jr. of North Carolina, Charles W. and Lou Gray of Kewanna and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. today at Nein-Barnes Funeral Home, 249 N. Main St., Camden, Ohio, with Pastor Bob Gray officiating. A service will also be at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Lifegate Church, Logansport.

Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. today at Nein-Barnes Funeral Home.
