Jacqueline L. Sims, 65, Logansport, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2013, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 23, 1947, in Logansport to the late Mr. and Mrs. James Petrie. On Sept. 2, 1995, in Logansport, she married Brian K. Sims, who survives. Jacqueline worked for Area Five Agency on Aging and Community Services. She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, former member of the Daughters of Isabella and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She also enjoyed Skip-Bo.
Surviving along with her husband is one daughter, Christina (John) Cover; grandson, Kegan Clark-Sanchez, both of Logansport; and two brothers, Brett (Holly) Petrie, and John (Kim) Campbell, both of Burnettsville. She was preceded in death by one son, Kenneth Clark.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday at All Saints Catholic Church with Father Mike McKinney officiating. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday in the Gundrum Funeral Home and Crematory.
