GRANGER — Malachi Raymond Pellegrini was stillborn Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center.
He is the son of Raymond Robert Pellegrini and Sarah Elizabeth Pellegrini, Granger. Ray and Sarah chose the name Malachi, meaning “my messenger” or “my angel.”
Surviving are father; Ray; sister Anne and brother Joseph, all of Granger; grandparents, Chris and Bill Polei, both of Logansport and great-grandmothers, Jennie Brown, Winchester and Lois Hoover, Victorville, Calif.
Visitation for Malachi and Sarah will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Palmer Funeral Home. A vigil service will be begin at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Monday at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Granger. Visitation will be held one hour prior to mass.
There will be a graveside service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Mount Hope Cemetery, Logansport.
Contributions in memory of Malachi and Sarah Pellegrini may be offered to St. Pius X Catholic Church with attention to Elizabeth Ministries.
