WALTON — Jerry Lewis Huston, 70, Walton, passed away surrounded by his family at 1:38 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013, at St. Joseph Hospital.

He was born Aug. 29, 1943, in to the late Garland and Eileen (Smith) Huston. On June 12, 1964 in Galveston, he married Diane (Hardin); she preceded him in death on June 24, 2011.

Jerry graduated from the Galveston High School and attended Indiana University. He attended Mt. Zion Free Methodist Church. He retired from Chrysler after 32 years of service. He was a member of the U.A.W. 685.

Surviving are his two daughters and a sons-in-law, Lisa and Zach Adams, Lori and Roger Wescott, and two grandsons, Connor and Corbin Adams, all of Walton; brother and a sister-in-law; Chris and Cathy Huston, Kokomo; sister and a brother-in-law, Marsha and Danny Ault, Galveston; three nieces, Shelley Ault, Karla Wood, and husband, Geoff, all of Kokomo, and Karen Kinsey and husband, Mark, Lafayette; nephew, John DeLancy and wife, Kristin, Georgia. Also surviving are several great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Diane Huston, and a nephew, Todd Ault.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Galveston United Methodist Church, 515 South Maple St., Galveston, with Pastor Russ Veldman and Pastor Ranay Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Galveston Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church.
