Lillian Montz Koleszar
SALEM, S.C. – Lillian Montz Koleszar, 67, Salem, S.C., died Saturday, June 15, 2013, at her residence.
The wife of Marvin Koleszar, she was born Sept. 30, 1945.
A native of Kewanna, Mrs. Koleszar was the daughter of the late Henry John and Alice Lorraine Weller Montz. Lillian was a graduate of Kewanna High School and Indiana University with a BS degree in dental hygiene.
She was a homemaker and was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church. Lillian was an active volunteer in the community for St. Paul’s Women’s Club and Clemson Community Care. She was also a Meals on Wheels driver for 35 years in various communities. She was an avid sports fan. She loved growing flowers and walking her dog Marley every day.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Koleszar is survived by daughters, Cori Koleszar, Duluth, Ga.; Ali Treon, Snellville, Ga.; three grandchildren, Jake Treon, Abby Treon and Drew Ball; sons-in-law, Eric Treon and Jeff Ball; a sister, Vivian (Dan) Pesaresi, Indiana, and a sister-in-law Bonnie (Rex) Kiser, Illinois.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Koleszar was predeceased by a brother, Victor Montz.
A Mass of Resurrection will be 2 p.m. Friday at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, Seneca.
