Jane is survived by her husband, Dale; five children, Dr. Jack Goris (Anita) of Lafayette, Nancy Mills (Doug) of Crawfordsville, Dirk Goris (Cheryl) of Dallas, Texas, Dr. James Goris (Lori) of Evansvillle and Dr. David Goris of Brownsburg; and 12 grandchildren, Kyle Goris (Hilari) of Carmel, Suzanne Mills of Marietta, Ohio, Jaclyn Cosantina (Chris) of Chicago, Ill., Jamie Mills (fiancee Casey) of Ankeny, Iowa, Kate Goris of Chicago, Ill., Blake and Adam Goris of Dallas, Texas, and Amy, Matt, Will, Luke and Jake Goris of Evansville.

Preceding her in death were her parents and twin sister, Jean.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. March 29 at Siesta Key Chapel. A graveside ceremony will be scheduled later in West Lafayette.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jane’s name to either to Siesta Key Chapel, 4615 Gleason Ave., Sarasota, FL 34242 or Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation, 12902 Magnolia Drive, Tampa, FL 33612.
