Services for Laura L. Gray, 89, Logansport, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Kroeger Funeral Home.
She passed away at 12:33 a.m. Friday, Sept. 5, 2008, in Life Care Center, Rochester.
Born Feb. 6, 1919, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Austin and Emma Stein White. She was married on May 3, 1941, in Logansport, to Charles D. Gray, who preceded her in death on Dec. 18, 1991.
A lifetime resident of Logansport and a graduate of Logansport High School, Laura had been employed at Logansport Machine Company for many years and became a homemaker after her retirement in the early 1980s. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church and a 34-year member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors include a sister Wilma Clark; sisters-in-law, Virginia Spencer and Wilda Moore; nephews, Richard White, Andrew White, Lyall Clark, and Robert Clark; nieces, Beverly Gayheart, Geneva Sones and Pamela Kraemer; and many great-nephews and great-nieces.
Father Ted Neidlinger will officiate. Burial will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Cass County.
Friends may call from noon until 2 p.m. Thursday, in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Episcopal Church.
