I glance over to see Homer fishing without a bite and “not so Big Daddy” just entering the water. I caught a few more and a nice little smallmouth while everyone else finally started catching a few after wading downstream and right into my fishing spot. I guess some guys will do anything to catch fish!
We all had a good time and the scenery was great as the water flowed and the ducks flew over us. The day went by fast as it always does when you are having fun.
I hope you get a chance to go fishing over the next few weeks as the scenery will only improve as fall appears and the fishing is still very good. Get out and enjoy the great outdoors!
