The Lady Braves picked up their first win of the season with a second-half comeback at Pioneer.
The Panthers (1-11) led by as much as nine points early in the third quarter before the Braves (1-12) caught fire from 3-point land.
The Braves hit three straight 3s to quickly tie the game. They hit two more in the fourth quarter in outscoring the Panthers 11-3 in the final frame.
Kaleigh Atchley hit four 3-pointers and finished with a game-high 16 points to lead Maconaquah. Lynnsie Arion knocked down three 3-pointers and scored 13 points. The Braves hit nine treys for the game.
Kayte Miller had four 3-pointers for 12 points to lead the Panthers. Abbie McKaig had 11 points, Kennedy Nies scored nine and Brooklyn Mehrley added six.
Free-throw shooting was also a key to the game. Pioneer made just 3 of 13 while Mac made 4 of 6.
Pioneer hosts Frontier Saturday night in the first game of a girls-boys doubleheader.
