Caston placed 13th in the girls event (349) and 16th in the boys (423). Adrianna Dague placed 22nd in 21:46 to lead the Comet girls, followed by Jenna Showley (76th, 24:30), Hannah Cousins (95th, 26:44), Marli Leazenby (110th, 31:24) and Krysta Schanlaub (111th, 31:27).
Darin Chew led the Comet boys with a 58th place finish in 19:07, followed by Andrew Smith (95th, 20:46), Dalton Daily (108th, 21:49), Dawson Oliver (113th, 22:13) and Brant Buczkowski (114th, 22:13).
Pioneer’s boys team placed 11th (244). Dylan Bice led the Panthers with a 12th place finish in 17:31, followed by Jacob Van Horn (42nd, 18:41), Matt Williams (57th, 19:06), Jonathon Phillips (64th, 19:20) and Jared Spencer (80th, 19:53).
Pioneer’s girls team finished with an incomplete. Haley McWherter (41st, 22:38) led the Panthers, followed by Maddie Boucher (90th, 26:16) and Brianna Rude (106th, 30:14).
