The Logansport 11-year-old All-Star team is competing at the Ohio Valley Regional Tournament in Kokomo this weekend. The squad advanced to the OVR by winning the state championship last weekend. Logan opens OVR play at noon today. The OVR is the final tourney for the Cal Ripken League 11-year-old division Logansport can compete in. The winner of the tournament will become one of the top eight Cal Ripken teams in the country. The 10-team OVR consists of teams from Ohio, Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois, West Virginia, Michigan and Kentucky.
