The Logansport 4-Star 14U softball team won the Wahoo Softball Fastpitch Frenzy held in Wabash recently. The team went 2-1 in pool play to advance to the single-elimination portion of the tourney, then defeated Summit City 11-1 and NE Rush 15-1 to advance to the championship game. The Logan squad trailed J-Shock of Elkhart 1-0 late in the title game before Lindsay Forgey hit a three-run double and Hunter Curl and Jessica Smith added RBI singles to lift 4-Star to a 5-1 win.
