---- — WINAMAC — Indiana Gov. Mike Pence is planning to be in Winamac Tuesday for a meet and greet with local citizens, business owners and potential future public office holders.

In order to best accommodate for Pence’s time, organizers are striving for a goal of ensuring about 50 people will attend.

Angie Anspach, director of the Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce, said this shouldn’t be a problem.

“We’re close to that already,” she said, adding she has invited all of the chamber’s about 100 members and chamber board members as well.

The event is open to anyone. Anspach said along with the business owners planning to go, a couple people seeking public office positions in Pulaski County will also be in attendance.

The event will be at noon Tuesday at Fox’s Den, 124 N. Market St., Winamac.
