Police blotter: April 19, 2014



9:33 a.m. — Arrest. Sherman Marcus-Lee Bowyer, 24, Logansport, was arrested on a court order. Cass County Sheriff's Department.

10:35 a.m. — Arrest. Andrew James Isley, 22, Peru, was arrested on a court order. CCSD.

6:30 p.m. — Arrest. Ryan Edward Huff, 28, Logansport was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. CCSD.

7:52 p.m. — Arrest. Malik Hirish Henderson, 41, Royal Center, was arrested on a charge of trespass, a Class A misdemeanor. CCSD.

9:55 p.m. — Arrest. Brittany Anne Griffith, 26, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended - prior. CCSD.


6:41 a.m. — Arrest. Khristopher Michael Wilson, 26, Southfield, Mich., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. CCSD.

12:15 p.m. — Arrest. Christopher Dale Griffis, 27, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. LPD.

2:34 p.m. — Arrest. Ernesto Vargas Hernandez, 26, Logansport, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant. LPD.

6:27 p.m. — Arrest. Nicole Jo Graves, 22, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of theft. LPD.

9:09 p.m. — Arrest. Wendy Perez-Solis, 19, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operator never licensed. LPD.


1:32 a.m. — Arrest. Joshua James Johnson, 21, Winamac, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. CCSD.

2:16 a.m. — Arrest. Joshua Allen Smith, 35, Logansport, was arrested on charges of possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia and a warrant for violation of probation. LPD.

4:02 a.m. — Arrest. Thomas Richard Gray, 38, Kewanna, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear. CCSD.



10:47 a.m. — Dispatched for possible gas leak. 308 Longtree Lane. Cass County Fire District/New Waverly Fire Department.

11:11 a.m. — Assist medics. 817 Davis Road. CCFD/NWFD.


11:29 a.m. — Assist medics. 840 Cicott St. Logansport Fire Department.

12:57 p.m. — Dispatched for fire in an open pasture. 1185 N. 350 West. CCFD/NWFD.

2:49 p.m. — First responder call. 1713 Smith St., Bend in the Woods. LFD.
