Police Blotter: June 23, 2014




11:55 a.m. — Theft. 100 block of Columbia Street. Complainant reported the theft of a moped. Logansport Police Department.

2:36 p.m. — Crash. 3400 block of East Market Street. Vehicles driven by Nancy Beebout, 72, Logansport, and Victoria Maughmer, 59, Walton, collided. LPD.

3:32 p.m. — Crash. 24th and East Market streets. A vehicle driven by Abigail Diaz, 22, Logansport, turned in front of a vehicle driven by Broc A. Cook, 29, Kokomo. LPD.

7:51 p.m. — Theft. 200 block of 15th Street. Complainant reported the theft of cash from residence. LPD.


6:20 a.m. — Criminal mischief. 1200 block of West Market Street. Complainant reported a broken glass door. LPD.

6:58 a.m. — Crash. 15th and High streets. Vehicles driven by Faron Baker, 20, and Judith Knowles, 72, both of Logansport, collided. LPD.

1:26 p.m. — Crash. Martin’s Supermarket, 3420 E. Market St. Vehicle driven by Esther Justice, 76, Logansport, collided with a parked vehicle. LPD.

4:22 p.m. — Crash. 24th and East Market streets. Vehicles driven by Tiffany Parker, 24, and Rebecca Rose, 19, both of Peru, collided. LPD.

4:37 p.m. — Arrest. Alexander Alvarado, 21, Logansport, was arrested on a reissued warrant. Cass County Sheriff's Department.

4:45 p.m. — Arrest. Shanel Brianne Alsup, 24, Kokomo, was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear. CCSD.

11:09 p.m. — Arrest. Adam Michael Zimmerman, 38, Rochester, was arrested on a charge of battery resulting in bodily injury, A misdemeanor. LPD.

11:54 p.m. — Arrest. Marlena Marie Busard, 23, Logansport, was arrested on charges of neglect of a dependent and possession of a schedule II drug. LPD.


12:17 a.m. — Arrest. Riana Kathryn Johnson, 22, Monticello, was arrested on a possession of a look-a-like substance, A misdemeanor. LPD.

2:01 a.m. — Arrest. Madyson Taylor Price, 19, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of minor consumption. CCSD.

2:04 a.m. — Arrest. Sarah Elizabeth Cox, 19, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of minor consumption. CCSD.

2:16 a.m. — Arrest. Cassandra Lynn Proffitt, 19, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of minor consumption. CCSD.
