Police blotter: Dec. 4, 2013



8:55 a.m. — Crash. 1100 block of E. Market St. Driver Silvia Hill, 44, Logansport, struck two parked vehicles. Logansport Police Department.

9:24 a.m. — Arrest. Clifford Ruben Jones, 41, Logansport, was arrested on a court order. Cass County Sheriff's Department.

1:52 p.m. — Arrest. Anthony Matthew Ryan, 29, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of violation of work release. CCSD.

2:05 p.m. — Arrest. Sean Alexander Warren, 48, Peru, was arrested on a reissued warrant for failure to appear. CCSD.

3:38 p.m. — Crash. 600 block of E. Broadway. A vehicle driven by Dority Cox, 88, Logansport, collided with a vehicle driven by Gladys Diaz, 50, Logansport. LPD.

3:50 p.m. — Arrest. William Bryan Shafer, 29, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of habitual traffic offender, C-felony. LPD.

3:57 p.m. — Theft. 1300 block of High Street. Complainant reported someone stole a wallet out of vehicle. LPD.

4:22 p.m. — Arrest. Rebecca Renee Gulley, 40, Walton, was arrested on a charge of forgery and theft. CCSD.

4:25 p.m. — Arrest. Robert William Gulley, 42, Walton, was arrested on charges of aiding, inducing or causing forgery, C felony, and aiding, inducing or causing theft, D- felony. CCSD.

5:57 p.m. — Arrest. Daniel Joseph Hellyer, 43, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of possession of a precursor by a methamphetamine offender. CCSD.

9:55 p.m. — Arrest. Poe Oo, 20, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of minor consumption. LPD.

9:55 p.m. — Crash. 1600 block of Smead Street. A vehicle driven by Nah Boh, 25, Logansport, struck a parked vehicle. LPD.

10:06 p.m. — Arrest. Mitchell James Mussleman, 21, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of possession of stolen property, D-felony. Indiana State Police.


3:42 a.m. — Criminal mischief. 700 block of Van Buren Street. Complainant reported someone spray painted graffiti on garage. LPD.



8:44 a.m. — First responder call. 530 20th St. Logansport Fire Department.

8:58 a.m. — Personal injury. 1114 E. Broadway. LFD.

4:40 p.m. — Trash fire. 803 Vanburn. LFD.
