Police blotter: March 27, 2014




9:34 a.m. — Theft. 100 block of 11th Street. Complainant reported the theft of $500 cash from wallat. Logansport Police Department.

10:05 a.m. — Arrest. Amber Leah Schleppenbach, 32, Logansport, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant. Cass County Sheriff's Department.

12:25 p.m. — Arrest. Molly Christine Melton, 34, Logansport, was arrested on a warrant for non-support of a dependant. LPD.

1:45 p.m. — Arrest. Wilson Jovel Garcia-Contreras, 27, Monon, was arrested on warrants for battery on a pregnant woman, intimidation with a deadly weapon, battery by means of a deadly weapon and domestic battery. CCSD.

5:37 p.m. — Crash. 1100 block of Clifton Avenue. A vehicle driven by Ryan Roller, 24, Logansport, collided into a tree line south of the parking garage of the hospital. LPD.

6:49 p.m. — A juvenile male was arrested on a charge of theft and was released to his mother. LPD.


1:44 a.m. — Arrest. Jorge Alberto Mendez, 19, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of operator never licensed. LPD.

2:30 a.m. — Arrest. Jami Ann Dillinger, 28, Logansport, was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended - prior, A misdemeanor. LPD.

6:11 a.m. — Arrest. Aaron Young, 44, Logansport, was arrested on charges of criminal recklessness, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. LPD.



8:14 p.m. — Structure fire. 2000 block of 100 North, Twelve Mile. Twelve Mile Volunteer Fire Department.
