BUSINESS BURGLAR: Police would like to identify this man who they believe broke into as many as three businesses in Carroll and Cass counties on Thursday morning. He is described as a white male approximately 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10 with dark brown short hair and a narrow beard. He also appeared to have a dark tattoo on the right side of his neck. He was wearing a light-weight, light-colored, hooded jacket that extended below the waist.
