PLAYFUL KITTEN: The Cass County Animal Shelter pet of the week is Dungy, a 10-week-old kitten who loves to play. He would do well in a home with older children. To find out more about Dungy or another pet, visit the animal shelter at 1255 N. State Road 17 or call (574) 739-1179. The hours are 8 a.m.-noon and 2-5 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m.-noon on Saturdays. LOTS OF PERSONALITY: The Cause for Paws pet of the week is Oreo, a 9- to 10-month-old neutered lab mix. Oreo is up to date on all vaccinations, heartworm negative and on monthly prevention. Full of spunk and personality, Oreo would fit in perfectly with a young active family. He can be seen at the Cause for Paws adoption center in the Logansport Mall.
