LIKES COMPANY: The Cass County Animal Shelter pet of the week is Annie, an 8-week-old kitten. She is litter box-trained and enjoys the company of other cats. FAMILY WANTED: The Cause for Paws pet of the week is Willy, a 7-year-old neutered male Basset hound mix. Willy is up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and on monthly prevention. Willy is a mellow, settled, housetrained and loving pet. He is totally satisified as long as he is with his family. If you’re looking for a pet but want to skip the puppy stage, Willy is your guy. He can be seen at the Cause for Paws adoption center in the Logansport Mall. The center is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays.
