GETTING READY: Marcia Cotner, the cafeteria manager at Franklin Elementary School, prepares peanut butter and jelly cups for students who want to make their own sandwiches. Cotner, who was born and raised in Logansport, is a 1975 graduate of Logansport High School. She and her husband, Rick, have three children and five grandchildren.
