NO CATS ALLOWED: The Cass County Animal Shelter pet of the week is Abby, a 10-month-old, 20-pound bull terrier/American pit bull mix. She would do well in a home with larger dogs and no cats. (She likes to harass them.) Abby loves to play, and she loves cuddle time, too. To find out more about Abby or any other pet, visit the animal shelter at 1255 N. PUPPIES AVAILABLE: Here is just one of several puppies available for adoption from A Cause for Paws. We have many youngsters, male and female, patiently waiting for their permanent home. Most of the puppies will be from medium to large size, but there are a couple that look like they could be XXL. The puppies can be seen at the Cause for Paws adoption center in the Logansport Mall. The center is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays.
