---- — Easter at the park

The Logansport Parks Department’s annual Easter Egg Hunt with an Easter Bunny will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Riverside Park, for children ages 1 to 12.

There will be picture time with the Easter Bunny and parents can bring their own camera. There will also be free carousel rides until 11 a.m., and crafts and face-painting by the Berryettes. The Easter Egg Hunt will begin at 11:15 a.m. and prizes will be given after the hunt.

Celebrate the arts

WINAMAC — Psi Iota Xi Sorority will host its annual “Celebrating the Arts” from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (EDT) Saturday at Church of the Heartland, 890 E. Ind. 14.

The performing arts that will take center stage this year with performances from Eastern Pulaski Express Choir, “Miss Emily’s Ballerinas,” the Noah Ginex Puppet Co. and the Pulaski County Extension Chords.

Admission is free but the sorority will accept donations to support its charitable efforts.

‘Saved By The Bell’ stars comes to town

Dustin Diamond, best known for his role as Screech on “Saved By The Bell,” will perform his stand-up comedy act tonight and Saturday at The Shindig, 321 E. Market St.

Doors open at 8 p.m. today and the show starts at 9 p.m. On Saturday, Scarecrowe will perform from 7 to 9 p.m., with Dustin Diamond taking the stage at 9:30 p.m.

General admission tickets for theatre seating will be available the night of the show. Tickets are $15.
