The Logansport Police Department recently announced the winner of the fourth annual Bicycle Safety Poster Contest. This year’s winner, Michelle Cortes, is in the fifth grade and attends Landis Elementary. Her poster was printed and presented to her. In addition, copies were given to all classrooms in Logansport elementary schools.
