---- — Ivy Tech Community College will have Express Enrollment at its Logansport campus on Wednesday.

Express Enrollment is designed to help prospective students with busy schedules get through the enrollment process everything from admission application through registration for classes in one visit to campus. There is no cost to attend.

Students may participate in the Logansport Express Enrollment event as long as they arrive between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and enroll in classes at any Ivy Tech Kokomo Region location.

“We’ll have Ivy Tech advisers on hand to help you through the process from completing the admission application and the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) if you haven’t already done so, to completing new student orientation, to taking the academic placement assessment and selecting the right classes for spring semester," said Marcia Worland, interim admissions director for Ivy Tech Kokomo Region, in a press release.

The academic placement assessment is designed to evaluate an applicant’s reading, writing and math skills so he or she can be placed in appropriate classes. More information on the assessment process can be found at www.ivytech.edu/assessment.
