Society seeking memories of assassination

WINAMAC — President John F. Kennedy was assassinated 50 years ago on Nov. 22, 1963, in Dallas, Texas. The Pulaski County Historical Society is inviting those who remember the event to post their memories on the Historical Society's Facebook page throughout the month of November.

To do so, visit facebook.com/PulaskiHistory and briefly share where you were when you first heard the news that Kennedy had been shot or had died.

If you are too young to remember, the Historical Society invites you to visit its Facebook page to read the memories shared by others.
