Ivy Tech Community College will present its annual Logansport Fall Career Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday on the Logansport campus, 1 Ivy Tech Way.
The career fair is free and open to the public. Job seekers should bring their résumés ready to network with employers, non-profit agencies and military recruiters. A number of Cass, Miami and Wabash County employers are expected to participate.

Spooktacular slated for downtown Logansport
The Logan's Landing annual Downtown Spooktacular will be 4 to 6 p.m. Oct. 29. Participating downtown businesses may hand out treats to costumed trick-or-treaters before the Elks Halloween parade commences.

Beef entered into livestock expo
Randy Mason, a Logansport cattle farmer, has entered three head of Maine Anjou into the beef division of the 40th annual North American International Livestock Exposition. The NAILE is the world’s largest purebred livestock show with more than 26,000 entries and nearly $750,000 in prizes and awards, and is scheduled for Nov. 9-22 in Louisville, Ky.
Registration looming for chamber dinner
DELPHI — The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce is planning its eighth annual membership meeting and awards program for Oct. 30 at the Wabash and Erie Canal Center, Delphi.

Martin’s promotes McClellan to marketing position
SOUTH BEND — Martin’s Super Markets, based in South Bend, appointed Amy Simeri McClellan as director of marketing.
In this newly created role, McClellan will lead marketing, advertising and promotional efforts for the 21-store retail grocery company and its related retail divisions. She will, in addition, continue to manage various special projects for the company.
McClellan has served the company in various roles since 1996, most recently as Loyalty & Marketing Programs Manager. She was previously employed at Emerson Design Studio in Elkhart.
Martin’s Super Markets was founded in 1947 and currently has 21 stores including one in Logansport.
