In memory

Several children enjoy a playground built by the Paul Kiser family in his honor at the Cass County Fairgrounds. The playground was dedicated during a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Sunday afternoon. The late Paul Kiser spent many years helping with the fair and had eight children who participated. All his children and several grandchildren helped to build the playground.
